Mayfair Lifecare

Weekends are the time when many of us have the opportunity to get together with  family members and reflect on past events.

We look forward to the many celebrations, family reunions and the other opportunities for us to celebrate the joy of being together.

 

The resident family survey has been correlated. Once again, most of the replies are very positive and complementary about our service here at Mayfair Lifecare Village.

As for the resident survey, we note that some family members do not know where to locate complaint or complementary forms.

These are located in a folder on the small table beside the chairs in the reception area.

Another area of concern relates to the cleanliness of the residents rooms.

We have met with our contracted cleaners and have identified areas of improvement and are closely monitoring their performance in this area.

We all appreciated the positive feedback and will continue to strive to meet everyone's expectations of maintaining a very high standard of care here at Mayfair lifecare.

 

We recently enjoyed the horse racing season with all the dressing up, hats ect..

There have been some amazing hat creations seen around Mayfair. 

I hope lady luck was smiling on you with any flutters that you may have had.
